MAKING COWS EATING MORE

This system to stimulate cows to eat more is based in the observations that cows tend to eat more often throughout the whole day, sometimes only small amounts. This is very favourable for the digestion and the increased dry matter intake is positive for the milk yield. Same experience has been made in the beef production.

The findings from our observations have been integrated in the development of our feeding systems: Animals always have access to feed and are stimulated to eat more through giving some additional blend. Empiric studies made on these observations confirm this assumption.
